Frequently Asked Questions

For smaller orders, our processing time is 1-2 days.  Bulk orders vary  and you will need to contact us for a more specific processing time.  All orders are shipped using USPS 2-3 day shipping.  You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item ships. We offer free shipping for orders of $50 or more.

We regret that we cannot accept returns on the following non-faulty products:

• non-medical breathable, reusable & washable cotton face mask cannot be returned/exchanged for sanitary reasons.  All sales are final!
• product(s) that have been personalized, made to order or customized in any way.

Because our products are custom made, our inventory changes frequently.  However, we generally restock and/or update the site with new items every 2-3 weeks.  If an items allows for backorder, (meaning we plan on restocking that item as soon as possible), the site will still allow you to place an order and place the unavailable item(s) on back order and it will be shipped to you as soon as it's available.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team via email at ynotongaines.inc@gmail.com.  If you have already received a tracking number for your order or your item has already been dispatched for delivery, you will be unable to cancel the order.
